The AI Assistant has new tools to give admins more control and provide recruiters easier ways to manage active chats. This update removes the recruiter toggle, introduces a customizable pause option, and adds clear steps for admins to manage usage across their teams.
Key Updates
- Recruiter Toggle Update
The “All Conversations” toggle within the Recruiter profile has been retired. AI Assistant usage is now managed by admins, ensuring consistent settings across the team. Recruiters have less to manage manually and can stay focused on candidate conversations. - Pause Feature for Recruiters
Recruiters can now pause the AI Assistant during working hours for up to 12 hours. Once the pause ends, AI Assistant resumes automatically. This makes it easier to manage time away without turning the Assistant fully off.
- Admin-Managed Controls
Admins are now responsible for setting AI usage for their teams. To update recruiter settings:- Go to Admin > Recruiter tab
- Select Edit Recruiter
- Scroll to Manage Toggle at the bottom of the page
Why This Change Matters
- Greater admin control so agency policies stay aligned
