File size visibility for Customize Packet flows: All Customers February 3 2026

See file sizes before using Vivian packets to submit

Today, recruiters build submission packets directly on Vivian using the Customize Packet tool. Documents are selected, combined into a single PDF, and managed in a single location, making it easier to prepare complete packets before submission.

Oversized files can disrupt an otherwise ready submission packet. If a document’s file size goes unnoticed, recruiters may need to re-upload files or follow up later—adding unnecessary delays.

Now, file size details are visible directly in the Customize Packet flow, including Fast Track, so you can catch issues earlier.

What’s new

• A pinned header showing the total number of documents selected and the combined file size
• File size indicators per document, where available

Note: Auto-generated documents won’t display a file size since they’re created on demand and are typically very small.
