Fast Track: Account Manager Submission Flow Update for Einstein Roles: Feb 23 2026

We've added a new option to the Account Manager submission flow for Einstein roles. When enabled, Account Managers can now receive an email notification to review and submit the candidate directly in the VMS — without needing to log into Vivian to finalize the submission.

How it works

Once you've reached the Initiate Candidate Submission Process modal, follow these steps:

• Enter the Account Manager Email — this triggers an email notifying your AM that the candidate is ready for review and submission in the VMS
• Optionally, add a Submission Note to include any relevant candidate details in the email
• Click Create and Notify AM to send the notification — your AM will receive an email with the job's VMS ID, job title, and candidate details

Once submitted, you'll see a confirmation: 

A few things to know

• Vivian will create or update the candidate record in the VMS with the relevant documents and details — your AM should log into the VMS to finalize the submission
• If refinements are needed, you can update the candidate for Einstein via this flow as many times as needed
