Update: Checkmate Reference Check PDFs-July 13
The connection error has been resolved, and PDFs should now be coming through with updates. We're still seeing some formatting issues on our end, which our team is actively working to fix.
Thank you for your patience as we continue working with Checkmate to get everything fully back online. We'll share another update as soon as the formatting issue is resolved.

We're aware of an issue with our third-party partner, Checkmate, that is currently affecting reference check PDFs on Vivian's side. Some PDFs are either not coming through or reference status not updating.
Checkmate has been notified and is aware of the issue along with our product team. We'll post an update here as soon as it's resolved.
