The Candidate Dashboard
Everything about a candidate — status, jobs, syncs, submissions and quick actions — on one screen.
Where to find it
- Recruiters and AMs: My Candidates in the top nav.
- Agency admins: Candidates in the admin nav. Admins can use the recruiter view as well.
What you see
A list of your candidates with, for each one:
- Name — with discipline, primary specialty and profile completion %
- Recruiter — who the candidate is currently assigned to
- Billing date — first interaction in the selected billing cycle, and the job that triggered billing (Admin View)
- Last message — when the conversation was last active
- Stage — current inbox stage and when it was set
- Lead source — Inbound or Proposal
- Current job — job ID, VMS and VMS job ID, discipline/specialty, city/state
- Recent syncs — the 3 most recent sync actions with date, type and outcome (hidden if your agency has no sync set up)
- Actions — see below
Recruiters see their own candidates. Admins see every candidate across the agencies they have access to — switch agencies with the agency filter instead of changing billing accounts.
Narrowing the list
- Agency (admins) — defaults to the agency you're in
- Billing cycle — current cycle by default; the billing date column follows your selection
- Search for a candidate by name
- Stage
- Fast Track — Submit, Create, or Is current job
- Sync status — Last sync failed, or Never synced
- Awaiting my review (AMs) — candidates waiting on your approval; automatically widens the view to the last 90 days
What you can do from the list
- View profile — opens the candidate's profile
- Current job / billing date job — opens the job page in a new tab
- See details — opens the candidate drawer
- Submit candidate — opens the submission modal
- Download CSV — exports the list for the agency and billing cycle you're viewing
For AMs
If candidates are waiting on your review you'll see a notification dot on My Candidates; filter to Awaiting my review to work through them. Send a candidate back and their recruiter gets notified the same way. Approvals happen here, so there's no separate Submissions tab.
The candidate drawer
Click See details on any row to open the candidate's full history alongside the list.
- Profile — name, profile completion, discipline and primary specialty, with Sync (or Sync options if you have more than one sync type), View conversation and Transfer
- Highlights — assigned recruiter and first connect date
- Recent chat actions — last message and last application dates
- Submission packets — the current packet with a download button and the date it was created ("Never" if there isn't one)
- Agency proposal & application history — every job the candidate applied to or was proposed for in your organization, with type, job title and agency job ID
- Sync history — every sync and submission: type (ATS sync, ATS submission, ATS auto-sync, VMS candidate create, VMS submission), date, destination system, the job being discussed, who initiated it, status, and the submission packet used
The history sections show the most recent few items; Show more expands to everything.
Reading a sync's status
- Success — the receiving system confirmed it.
- Failed — shows what went wrong and what to do next.
- Unconfirmed — we sent it but haven't heard back from the receiving system.
The candidate CSV
The download reflects the agency and billing cycle you have selected, and includes candidate and recruiter details, lead source, job and facility details, weekly pay, created and last-message dates, whether the AI agent screened the candidate, credit request details, and candidate status.
